What does a volunteer do?

Martha Mission Africa volunteers can do somethings no one else can: build a movement.

 

As a volunteer, you are also an ambassador of MMA in your community, your goal will be to engage your community, schools etc on behalf of all who face a deep challenge in gaininng access to education. Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for you.

Building a Movement

There are countless ways to engage your community and build support for young people education in Africa. Your goal will be to encourage  your community to GIVE to Martha Mission Africa, SHARE Martha Mission Africa's mission , organize education awareness and training programs,or sign up to VOLUNTEER alongside you. Here are a few ways volunteers can take action:

Set up a educational material donation booth at school,university or workplace to collect learning materials for children & schools

Give a presentation to your  school group, club,co-workers etc

Start an online fundraiser to ask for donations in lieu of birthday or wedding gifts or sales recycle items as fundraiser

Ask a local business to donate a portion of proceeds on International Literacy Day

Share Martha Mission Afria stories ,events and campaigns on your  social media

Become a Ambassador

There is no shortage of ways to make an impact or restriction to where you can do it from.
